                                                            Christmas Miracle Mall!

Each Christmas season, COHM provides assistance to families in need; those who would desire to provide gifts for the children on Christmas morning but are financially unable to do so.  

With the help of Garner area public schools, 150 families in need have been identified and invited to participate.  Those parents will come to First Baptist Garner on December 7 to shop for their children - free of charge to them.  The Christian Life Center will be transformed into a "shopping mall" complete with displays, hosts, gift-wrapping stations, and most importantly - a gospel presentation!

How can our First Baptist Garner family help? 

Volunteer!
We need many volunteers! Here are the primary ways YOU can serve:

1. Ambassador/pray partners - Sign up to host a family as they shop at our mall. Establish a connection, pray, talk, and show them the love of Jesus as they gather Christmas goodies and necessities for their children.

2. General volunteers - We need table hosts, gift wrappers, registration attendants, childcare workers, stockers and SO much more. Please sign up soon!

Donate!
Bring Lego sets and board games to our Members' Gathering on Wednesday, November 20, or Sunday mornings November 24 and December 1. 

Life Groups are asked to donate $25 Kohl's gifts cards for middle school-aged children.  We encourage Life Groups to generously spend on gift cards as you would in previous years on gifts for assistance families.  

This is a wonderful way to Worship, Serve, Connect and Give this Christmas season!  Please volunteer to help or work with your Life Groups to donate gift cards.
